Under the IT Act, I act as Adjudicating Officer of Cyber Crimes for the State of Maharashtra. My various Judgments are available on

These include some first-in-the-country judgments on Privacy Issues, Data Theft issues, and ATM/Net Banking frauds, Duplicate SIM frauds etc.
